Turning complex marketing data into a system that can explore, reason, and plan. Max designed the multi-agent architecture and the graph embeddings behind it.
Specialized agents work together through MCP, connecting market planning to a large-scale knowledge graph.

Rebuilt a prototype into a production AI assistant for questions about Swedish collective agreements. Designed around domain experts’ needs, with accuracy and traceability at its core.
The system went live in February 2025, bringing complex legal information into a practical question-and-answer experience.

As Head of AI, Max led the strategy and development of generative experiences, from an AI fashion stylist to a contemporary art installation exploring identity and digital clones.
The work brought together vision and language models, fine-tuning, and production inference infrastructure.
